Important warning
Trading foreign exchange, commodities, indices and related leveraged products involves a substantial risk of loss. You may lose all money committed to trading. Depending on the product, account classification, jurisdiction and legally applicable protections, losses may exceed your deposit. Trading is unsuitable for some people. Do not use money needed for living expenses, debt payments or other essential commitments.
A published entry, target or invalidation level is not a guarantee of execution, profit or a maximum loss. Past performance does not reliably predict future results. Free membership does not make trading free or reduce its risks.
This notice covers our Website, Public and Premium channels, Telegram messages, analysis, signals, reviews, educational resources and support. Read it with our Terms of Business and the separate risk disclosures of your broker. It cannot describe every product or every possible risk.
What our content means
We publish analysis and trading ideas for a general audience. Content may express a view on direction, timing, entry, targets and invalidation. It is not tailored to your financial circumstances, portfolio, experience or objectives, and we do not assess whether acting on it is suitable or appropriate for you.
We do not operate your account, place or amend orders for you, monitor your margin, or guarantee that you receive or act on updates. An instruction to close or change an idea in a channel does not close or amend a position at your broker.
Labels such as "educational", "market commentary" or "not personalised advice" do not override the legal substance of a communication. Applicable rules governing investment recommendations, financial promotions, introductions or advice remain applicable. This notice does not claim an exemption from those rules or waive duties owed to you.
Leverage margin and forced liquidation
Leverage increases exposure relative to your deposit. A small adverse price movement can cause a large percentage loss. Margin is not the maximum amount you can lose. Your broker may change margin requirements, close positions automatically, or liquidate at a price worse than you expected. You may have little or no opportunity to deposit additional funds before closure.
Negative-balance protection, margin close-out rules and compensation arrangements vary. Do not assume protections applicable to one retail account apply to another broker entity, product, jurisdiction or professional-client classification. Verify the protections in your own contract before trading.
Borrowing to fund speculation can leave you owing debt even after trading funds have been lost. Repeated small gains do not prevent a later large loss.
Market movements volatility and liquidity
Prices can change abruptly around economic releases, central-bank announcements, political events, geopolitical shocks, commodity disruptions, market openings and unexpected news. Markets can gap past an intended entry or exit, including after a weekend or overnight closure.
Liquidity can decline and spreads can widen. A displayed price may not be available for the size or direction of your order. A market may be suspended or closed while a related market continues moving. Exit may be delayed or impossible at an acceptable price.
Several positions can share the same underlying risk. Different currency pairs, indices and commodities may become highly correlated during stress, so multiple signals do not necessarily diversify your account.
Invalidation stop orders and targets
An invalidation level describes where an analytical idea is considered wrong. It is not necessarily an executable stop-loss order and is never a guaranteed loss ceiling. You must decide whether to place an appropriate broker order and verify how that order operates.
A conventional stop may execute at a worse price because of slippage or gaps. A stop-limit order may fail to execute. A broker's guaranteed stop, if offered, has separate charges and conditions; do not assume a published invalidation is such a stop.
A target is an estimate, not a promised future price. A touch on a chart may not trigger your order because bid/ask quotes, liquidity and broker rules differ. Two targets describe alternative or staged analytical scenarios; they do not prescribe a suitable position split or holding period for you.
An early-close update can differ from the original target or invalidation. You may receive it late or miss it. Our reported closure is a publication event, not evidence that your account achieved that price.
Execution and instrument differences
Market, limit and stop orders operate differently. Your order may be rejected, partially filled, filled at a different price or remain unfilled. Latency, execution venue, account type, order size and broker dealing practices can affect outcomes.
Names such as XAU/USD, GOLD, DE40 or US30 are not universal contract definitions. Quotes, lot sizes, tick values, pip conventions, trading hours, expiry dates, funding rules and roll adjustments differ. A chart showing an index or commodity may relate to a CFD, future or other derivative rather than the underlying asset.
Verify the actual product you intend to trade. An apparent "point" gain does not tell you cash profit, risk or return without the contract value, position size, currency conversion and costs.
Costs financing and currency exposure
Spreads, commissions, overnight financing, swap charges, conversion fees, taxes and other costs can turn a price movement described as a "win" into a net loss. Costs may rise during stress or for longer holding periods. A strategy profitable before costs may be unprofitable after costs.
Returns in the instrument's currency can differ from returns in your account currency. Short positions, derivatives and financing arrangements may have additional product-specific risks. Obtain the broker's current specifications and cost information.
Analysis and model risk
Technical and fundamental analysis rely on data, assumptions and judgment. Data may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Market patterns can fail and past relationships can cease to hold. A strategy described as tested or "proven" is not certain to work in future conditions.
Risk-to-reward calculations depend on assumed entry and exit levels. They do not measure the likelihood of hitting either level, account for every execution cost, or establish the overall profitability of a strategy.
We may revise, withdraw or correct an idea. The absence of a further update does not confirm that an old idea remains valid. Check timestamps, assumptions, current quotes and material changes before acting.
Performance reporting and hypothetical results
A signal record, demo account, model portfolio and actual funded account are different. Do not infer that a displayed trade was executed with real money, at the quoted size or price, unless the presentation explicitly says so and has a substantiated basis.
Each performance report should identify its type and source; date range and time zone; inclusion rules and sample size; entry and exit assumptions; treatment of partial, cancelled and unfilled ideas; early closures and multiple targets; position-sizing assumptions; and whether spreads, commissions, financing and slippage are included. If those details are not supplied with a report, request clarification at info@propertrades.com before relying on it. Do not assume an unaudited display represents an actual funded account.
Hypothetical and backtested results can benefit from hindsight, selective data or assumptions that could not have been implemented in live trading. They may omit the effects of liquidity, costs, discipline and market impact. Simulated results are not proof of achievable returns.
Win rate alone is inadequate. A high win rate can coexist with a net loss if losing trades are larger than winning trades. Point or pip totals across unlike instruments cannot be added meaningfully as cash profit. Drawdown, exposure, costs and the length of the record matter.
Testimonials and individual examples may be unrepresentative. An unaudited record is not independently verified. Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, does not reliably predict future outcomes. We cannot promise that you will recover prior losses.
Broker and counterparty risk
Your trading contract is with the broker's specific legal entity. Regulatory status, client-money segregation, insolvency protection, negative-balance protection and complaints or compensation rights differ by entity and jurisdiction.
A broker can experience outages, disputes, liquidity problems or insolvency. Withdrawals can be delayed or restricted under its contract or applicable law. A regulator's registration is not a guarantee against loss. Investigate the exact entity rather than relying solely on a brand name or our referral.
We do not hold your trading funds or guarantee a broker's obligations. This does not remove any responsibility we have for misleading statements or unlawful referral conduct.
Referral compensation and conflicts of interest
Premium access is funded through broker referrals. We have a financial interest in members selecting a partner. Depending on the actual agreement, compensation may also depend on funding or later trading activity. Such incentives can conflict with a member's interest in avoiding unnecessary trading or choosing a different broker.
Our arrangements: We receive CPA (cost-per-acquisition/action) remuneration for qualifying referrals to PU Prime and Exness involving deposits and trading activity. We therefore have an incentive for a referred person to open, fund and trade an account. The PU Prime qualifying turnover confirmed for this arrangement is 2 standard MT5 lots on eligible instruments. Exness thresholds and payouts vary by country and first-deposit band. The applicable conditions and material commission information must be supplied before you act to obtain Premium. No undisclosed requirement to keep trading indefinitely applies merely because a broker requires activity to qualify an acquisition. A one-off CPA payment contingent on trading is not necessarily recurring trading-volume commission; the actual agreement controls.
Qualification is subject to broker verification and applicable rejection or clawback rules. Premium eligibility must be disclosed separately before you act; our commission tiers do not by themselves establish your access conditions.
Our PU Prime affiliate counterparty is PU Prime Ltd, Mauritius, regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under investment-dealer licence GB23202672, with address at Suite 201, Level 2, The Catalyst Building, 40 Silicon Avenue, Cybercity Ebene, Mauritius. Our Exness digital-affiliate counterparty is Exness (SC) Ltd, Seychelles, registration 8423606-1, regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under licence SD025, with registered office at 9A CT House, 2nd Floor, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles. A referred client may contract with a different entity within the relevant broker group. The entity in the client’s own account-opening agreement controls; an affiliate counterparty’s licence must not be assumed to govern every referred account.
Read the partner-specific disclosure before following a referral. We will disclose relevant interests in or alongside affected communications as required. A general disclaimer is not a substitute for a specific disclosure of a material conflict.
Do not open, fund or continue using an account solely for free content if trading is unsuitable for you. Do not increase your activity, deposits or risk merely to qualify for Premium. "Free" describes our membership price and does not describe the broker's costs or your financial exposure.
Any material positions or other interests of the publisher or contributor relevant to a recommendation must be disclosed with that recommendation in the manner required by applicable law. Do not assume the absence of a disclosure proves the absence of an interest; ask us to clarify an incomplete publication.
Technology Telegram and security
Telegram, internet connections, devices, hosting systems and data feeds can fail. Messages may arrive late, notifications may be disabled, and edits or corrections may not be seen. Your broker's platform can fail independently of our channels. Do not rely on a signal channel as your sole risk-control system.
Impersonators can copy our branding and offer account management, guaranteed returns or requests for deposits. Confirm official channel links through info@propertrades.com. Do not disclose broker credentials or send trading funds to an account purportedly belonging to Proper Trades.
Independent decisions and professional help
Before trading, understand the product and its maximum exposure, read the broker's risk and cost disclosures, assess whether you can absorb the loss, and obtain independent licensed advice where appropriate. You may decline every signal and stop trading at any time. Membership does not create an obligation to trade.
Trading under pressure, chasing losses and increasing leverage can aggravate harm. If you cannot understand an instrument or its risks, do not act on a signal relating to it.
Legal effect
This notice provides risk information. It does not excuse fraud, misleading marketing, regulatory breaches or negligent conduct where liability applies. It does not remove mandatory consumer rights or your ability to complain to a regulator or court. Responsibility and liability are governed by the Terms of Business and applicable law.
Short notice for signal channels and access pages
High-risk trading: FX, commodities, indices and leveraged derivatives can cause loss of all committed funds; losses can exceed deposits where applicable protections do not apply. Entry, target and invalidation levels do not guarantee execution or limit loss. Content is general and is not personalised to your circumstances. Past performance does not reliably predict future results. We receive broker-referral compensation, creating a conflict of interest. Read our full Risk Disclaimer and the specific referral disclosure before acting. Trading is optional.
Where a promotion includes a prescribed broker or product risk warning, read that warning alongside this notice. No generic warning replaces mandatory product-specific information.
